SPEAK TO MOTIVATE LTD provides the following services:

The specific scope, duration, and fees for each service will be agreed upon in writing between us and the client prior to commencement.

3. Bookings and Agreements

All service bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once we have provided written confirmation (via email or formal agreement). We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before any engagement commences.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email is acceptable).
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service being delivered.
  • Ensure suitable venue, equipment, and facilities for speaking or training events (where applicable).
  • Treat our staff and representatives with respect and professionalism.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, presentations, and resources created by SPEAK TO MOTIVATE LTD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided for general motivational, coaching, and training purposes. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions and corporate engagements. Personal and business information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
